(From the OnBlackheath Website) The 2019 OnBlackHeath Music Festival was sensory overload.  This year’s festival did not disappoint.  From the layout of the space, the food vendors, the activities for children, the incredible production and outstanding musical lineup, this festival quickly became one of the best experiences I’ve had this year!

Last Night I headed to City Winery for an incredible celebration of music, poetry and prose in honor of Langston Hughes. It was the perfect start to Black History Month.  This celebration now in its third year featured some of the most talented singers, musicians, poets and artist who paid tribute to one of my favorite writers.
