Boxx & Frankie Parker "Fly Free"

Released Mid-April of this year, Fly Free is the first release under the label “Bosar Music”.  Produced, arranged and mixed by Chicago DJ Boxx with vocals and lyrics by singer, Frankie Parker, Fly Free is a soulful house song sure to burn up dance floors.   On the original mix, Boxx keys the organ riff towards the end of the song masterfully adding a rich layer to an already soulful sound .   Frankie Parker’s beautifully written lyrics describe the freedom that music brings

“It’s about the love of music and how it affects us.  No matter what happens in our lives, we can always find peace and rest in the music".  -DJ Boxx

Frankie Parker’s voice is strong yet beautifully feminine.  Her reassuring vocals combined with Boxx’s soulful and smooth melody, take the listener on a journey where nothing matters but the music.  It’s a track that a dancer can lose themselves in on the dance floor.

Fly Free is available for purchase on Traxsource and Beatport! Additional mixes by Sean Ali & Salah Ananse.
